TERMS OF USE

1. Yes, I wish to become a registered user of www.verusdecisions.com or www.verusdecisions.ca. I have read and understand the Terms of Use Agreement (see below).
2. I understand that a purchase of access to any Verus Analytic Models (Flash Application) represents a non-refundable, annual charge that is renewed each year at the request of the purchaser.  Verus Decision Solutions Inc. has the right to cancel Membership and Access to the analyzers without notice at any time.
3. I understand that, upon acceptance, this represents an agreement between me and Verus Decision Solutions Inc., a British Columbia corporation carrying on business as Verus Decision Solutions.

SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

As a registered Subscriber of the Verus Decisions Solutions Inc., Web Site, I accept and agree to the following:

1. I understand that neither Verus Decision Solutions Inc., nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, heirs, successors, administrators, assigns or related companies, makes any claim or guarantees whatsoever as to the price, terms, condition, value, or any other aspect of a specific Real Estate property. I further understand that the responsibility for verifying to my satisfaction every and all aspects of a property purchase rests entirely with me.
2. I understand that a specific Real Estate property, or indeed any Real Estate, may not be a suitable investment for me. Real Estate investing has risks associated with it. There is no guarantee that real estate will rise in value, indeed it could drop in value. No information presented to me, in any form, is to be taken as a recommendation to purchase a specific Real Estate property, or indeed any Real Estate. If legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice or assistance is required, the services of a competent, independent professional should be sought.
3. I understand that Verus Decision Solutions Inc. are not responsible for any result or results of any action or actions taken by users of any of the Verus Analytic Models presented on this web site, nor for any errors contained therein or presented thereat or omissions in relation thereto.  It is further understood that the authors of these analytic models, hereby disclaim all and any liability to any person, whether a subscriber to the web site, user of the Verus Analytic Models or otherwise, arising in respect of use of said programs, and of the consequences of anything done or purported to be done by any such person in reliance, whether whole or partial, upon the whole or any part of the contents of this web site or Verus Analytic Models  If legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice or assistance is required, the services of a competent professional person should be sought.
4. I understand that all literature, or other information presented on this web site is protected by copyright. In such cases, all rights are reserved. No part of those publications may be reproduced, or stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the publisher.
5. I understand my subscription to any of the Verus Property Analyzer Models is for a minimum of 12 Months.  At the end of that term, you may choose to re-new your subscription.  Verus Decision Solutions Inc. may cancel your subscription at any time at its sole discretion without notice.
6. I understand that by using any of the Verus Analytic Models, I hereby release Verus Decision Solutions Inc., and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, predecessors, heirs, successors, administrators, assigns or related companies, wholly or in part, directly or indirectly, of and from all actions, claims and demands of every nature and kind whatsoever, including negligence, which I have had, now have or can, shall or may have for or by reason of any case, matter or thing whatsoever existing up to the date of this document and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, of and from all actions, causes of action, claims and demands arising out of or in any law related to or connected with the description, offering, financing, purchase and/or sale of any specific property. This is a complete and absolute release.
7. I understand that reproduction and/or distribution of any Analytic Models (Flash Applications) from the Verus Decision Solutions Inc., website including programs and files, except as printed copy, is strictly prohibited unless express written permission is provided by an authorized representative of Verus Decision Solutions Inc.

I understand and acknowledge that I have been advised to seek independent legal, accounting, tax and financial planning advice in all Real Estate transactions.
